What you will do

• Create and update sales learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, guides, and videos.
• Coordinate learning and development projects specifically for sales teams.
• Administer and maintain learning content within the learning management systems (LMS).
• Collect and analyze learner feedback to drive improvements in the training experience.
• Collaborate with sales managers, technical experts, and external partners.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Adult Learning, Educational Science, L&D, or Human Resources.
• Strong interest in sales enablement, digital learning, or training design.
• Proven organizational and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
