What you will do
- Design and develop technical training programs, curricula, assessments, and manuals based on product requirements and training needs analysis.
- Facilitate technical training on GEW products, systems, operation, and maintenance across various audience levels.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including operator manuals, maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts catalogues.
- Manage training plans, schedules, delegate coordination, and certification processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to enhance training effectiveness and support business objectives.
Requirements
- National Higher Diploma or BTech in Electronic Engineering (Light Current) or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience following the first technical qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience specifically within a technical training environment.
- Expertise in the operation, maintenance, or support of Electronic Warfare (EW), SIGINT, or related electronic systems.
- Proven experience within the aerospace, defence, or military high-technology industries.
Nice to have
- Formal qualification in Training and Development, Adult Education, or Instructional Design.
- Experience in technical writing and the development of technical documentation.
- Operational experience in the deployment and maintenance of land-based EW systems.
