What you will do

• Manage the main Security Control Room and ensure operators are trained on security systems and SOPs.
• Assume the role of Incident Commander during fire evacuations and emergency situations.
• Conduct weekly fire alarm testing and maintain comprehensive records of security breaches.
• Oversee company search policies and manage the movement of secure products with external groups like G4S.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement principles to security operations.
• Coach direct reports and facilitate the performance development review (PDR) process.

Requirements

• Must be based in or have the right to work in Zejtun, Malta.
• Valid security license and professional security experience.
• O level standard education.
• Understanding of production processes and current legislation regarding security investigations.
• Strong team management and interpersonal communication skills.
