What you will do

• Manage the company’s sustainability/ESG reporting system ensuring high-quality, CSRD-compliant reporting.
• Coordinate sustainability communication activities across the organization as a key business partner.
• Develop corporate messaging, positioning, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Monitor sustainability trends, regulations, and ESG best practices within the technology industry.
• Support various global corporate sustainability and communications projects.

Requirements

• Academic degree in communications, business, sustainability, or a similar field.
• Experience with sustainability/ESG reporting in a corporate environment or as a consultant.
• Good knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, and related sustainability reporting requirements.
• Experience managing sustainability reporting tools and systems.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
