What you will do

• Identify and build user-facing features that significantly improve user satisfaction.
• Resolve technical friction by improving test setups, fixing deployment pipelines, and untangling service boundaries.
• Make strategic technical trade-offs to balance system scale and development velocity.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to ensure systems produce actionable signals for decision-making.
• Mentor and coach engineers to raise the technical bar and foster a learning-oriented culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical leader building scalable web and app solutions, ideally consumer-facing.
• Ability to move fluidly between deep technical implementation and high-level architectural trade-offs.
• Pragmatic and strategic mindset, favoring iteration and delivering value early.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional environments.
• High standards for system stability and security.
• Must be able to undergo a background check via Svensk Bakgrundsanalys.
