What you will do
- Develop and execute the Group’s sales and business development strategy across all business divisions.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial team, establishing ambitious targets and KPIs.
- Expand relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, and strategic partners.
- Design and implement a structured, data-driven sales process, optimizing CRM utilization and pipeline management.
- Lead the adoption of AI and automation for lead scoring, sales analytics, and client engagement tools.
Requirements
- Proven success in commercial leadership within financial services, fintech, wealth management, or B2B environments.
- Strong track record of measurable revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing commercial teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.

- Established network among HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, or professional advisors.
- Experience launching financial products and services in new markets or geographies.
