What you will do

  • Develop and execute the Group’s sales and business development strategy across all business divisions.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial team, establishing ambitious targets and KPIs.
  • Expand relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, and strategic partners.
  • Design and implement a structured, data-driven sales process, optimizing CRM utilization and pipeline management.
  • Lead the adoption of AI and automation for lead scoring, sales analytics, and client engagement tools.

Requirements

  • Proven success in commercial leadership within financial services, fintech, wealth management, or B2B environments.
  • Strong track record of measurable revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing commercial teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.

Nice to have

  • Established network among HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, or professional advisors.
  • Experience launching financial products and services in new markets or geographies.
  • Knowledge of digital assets, payments, or investment advisory solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled sales technologies and modern CRM platforms.
