Head of Growth @ Ventora

About Ventora Ventora is an AI-powered launch platform for non-technical founders. We help people go from startup idea to live product, marketing setup, payments, and first revenue without hiring developers, designers, or marketers. Our ambition is to become an AI team for first-time founders: not just a code builder, but an end-to-end startup execution platform. We are looking for a Head of Growth who can build our growth engine from zero and turn it into a repeatable, scalable system. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the full user funnel and identify major bottlenecks
• Design and run weekly growth experiments (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention)
• Test and scale both paid and organic channels
• Work closely with Product and Marketing to improve onboarding, messaging, and paywalls
• Build dashboards and weekly growth reports
• Create a repeatable, scalable growth system

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has strong hands-on growth experience (3+ years)
• Loves working with data and conversion metrics
• Can quickly test ideas, kill what doesn’t work, and scale what does
• Is comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Takes full ownership of results (CAC, conversion, MRR)
