What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities that align with the agency's strategic goals.
  • Own and optimize inbound and outbound sales funnels to ensure consistent deal velocity and accurate forecasting.
  • Develop compelling commercial narratives and lead negotiations for enterprise-level prospects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, strategy, and RevOps teams to ensure seamless deal handoffs.
  • Represent the agency at key EU industry events to raise the commercial profile among senior decision-makers.
  • Build and scale sales processes, including CRM management and sales collateral development.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in outbound business development, agency sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals within the EU market.
  • Deep familiarity with the EU e-commerce ecosystem and digital commerce platforms.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a strong advantage.
  • Strong CRM fluency, specifically with HubSpot, and experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strategic mindset capable of building sales systems from the ground up while managing individual deal execution.
