What you will do

• Drive the delivery of key initiatives by leading roadmap planning and prioritization with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot implementation details and remove blockers.
• Manage communications across tech and non-tech teams to align stakeholder needs and track milestones.
• Develop long-term planning frameworks and roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements in organizational delivery practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, PMO leadership, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional portfolios and end-to-end program delivery.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong experience in applying Agile frameworks and evolving program management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leadership and manage executive-level escalations.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.

Nice to have

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
