• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor the broader data community and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record of using data to drive impact across products or business units.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Strong foundation in statistics or a STEM field.
• Experience with Python or R.
• Familiarity with experimentation, event instrumentation, and data warehousing.
• Understanding of key tech metrics like product funnels and growth accounting.
