TL;DR

Sales Trainee (Sales): Participating in a 6-to-12-month development program to build commercial and technical skills for a career in industrial sales with an accent on adhesive technologies and rigid packaging market segments. Focus on completing structured training, engaging with customers, and preparing for a permanent territory management role within the U.S.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Willingness to relocate anywhere within the U.S. upon program completion is required.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000

What you will do

  • Complete a structured training program covering sales processes, adhesive technologies, and manufacturing operations.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Technical Service teams to support customer accounts.
  • Participate in customer visits, business reviews, and product demonstrations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and identify solutions to meet specific requirements.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage business development efforts and opportunities.
  • Travel to customer sites and manufacturing facilities to gain hands-on field experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Willingness to relocate anywhere within the United States upon completion of the program.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and work in production environments.
