Salary: $184,500 – $258,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs including AI deployments and workplace productivity solutions.
• Build and maintain program governance structures, including business cases, budgets, and risk registers.
• Partner with and oversee vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure delivery remains on track.
• Communicate program status and outcomes clearly to senior and executive leadership.
• Define success metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts across program execution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale, transformational programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to apply a whole-systems approach to diagnose complex problems and design scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated record of process improvement and simplifying workflows across organizational boundaries.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party partnerships.
• Proficiency in compiling and presenting data to inform executive decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a global, matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise-wide AI, automation, or workplace productivity deployments.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Agile or hybrid delivery methodology experience.
