What you will do

• Partner with Global S&OP leadership to improve IBP capabilities and decision frameworks.
• Integrate demand, supply, inventory, and financial data into holistic enterprise views.
• Design and lead multi-scenario planning analyses using AI-enabled forecasting.
• Translate complex analytics into clear narratives and recommendations for executive audiences.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Develop risk monitoring frameworks and proactive mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or Finance required.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, or IBP roles.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and enterprise-level decisions.
• Experience with advanced planning systems, forecasting models, and scenario tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed, global environment.

• Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain/Analytics).
