What you will do

  • Promote hirify.global core values and support community-based healthcare by selling Mayo Medical Laboratories (MCL) tests through the assigned clients and collaborative selling process.
  • Generate new business revenue and co-develop account/test selling and promotional strategies with clients.
  • Project annual sales growth and develop business plans for territory/accounts in collaboration with CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Managers, and clients.
  • Sell and influence buying decisions by differentiating MCL testing from competitors; coordinate resources, develop presentations, and participate in bid processes for new and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify differentiated tests/groups for targeted upsells, negotiate pricing, coordinate contract development/execution, and monitor accurate price lock-in.
  • Work as a field-based sales role with extensive travel and occasional overnight stays; hours may be outside normal business hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience (preferably in the relevant market segment such as neurology) with physician/client-facing contact or contract negotiation in a hospital or laboratory setting.
  • Must work from an office in your home located within Eastern Pennsylvania territory of support; relocation is not offered.
  • Must be able to travel extensively and use public transportation; valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.
  • Excellent human relations, management, and communications skills; ability to work in a diverse environment while selling MCS services and directing clients professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship; no F-1 STEM OPT extension participation; 2-year commitment to the role is required.
