What you will do

• Receive daily assignments from programming operations management.
• Perform audio editing, fades, and insert digital markers for content.
• Load audio elements into automation systems and manage royalty-related song information.
• Serve as an In Studio Producer to ensure smooth live broadcasts and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Monitor specialty programming for content and technical quality control.
• Assist with music project coordination, research data compilation, and artist liaison duties.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-12 months of music programming experience at a radio station.
• Strong interest in music, pop culture, and growing into a Program Director role.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
