TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Peoria, IL (Onsite 5 days a week)
Salary: $128,470 – $192,710

What you will do
- Lead delivery of high-impact digital initiatives from concept through execution.
- Act as an embedded partner across teams to drive clarity and sustained forward momentum.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve complex challenges with competing priorities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on priorities, ownership, and execution approach.
- Identify and remove risks, dependencies, and blockers to enable effective team performance.
- Translate strategy into coordinated action and provide clear updates to leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in Peoria, IL and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Proven experience in tactical and strategic planning and project administration.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Experience in decision-making, critical thinking, and data gathering/reporting.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments without predefined processes.
Nice to have
- 4-year college degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or Mathematics.
- Experience with Service Events Domain data (Work Orders, SMCS hierarchies, fluid sampling, etc.).
