What you will do

• Design and develop AI agents to solve real operational use cases using Copilot Studio.
• Refine prompts and structured instructions to improve output quality and accuracy.
• Implement guardrails to prevent prompt injection and ensure governance compliance.
• Apply hallucination minimization techniques such as grounding and validation checks.
• Document agent designs, decision logic, and maintain audit trails for experiments.
• Present results and technical improvements to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled at a Dutch university (or an EU university for EU passport holders).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and PowerPlatform.
• Strong working knowledge of generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Practical experience with prompt engineering beyond basic usage.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
