What you will do

• Screen and track daily bidding opportunities and manage online bid portal registrations.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and IT teams to gather necessary information for proposal responses.
• Handle administrative tasks including printing, copying, shipping, and tracking proposal materials.
• Complete vendor registration forms and maintain accurate contract lists and renewal tracking.
• Follow up with district purchasing departments and synthesize win/loss data for future strategy.
• Support ad hoc bid projects and maintain organized records of all submitted proposals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Raleigh, NC area and able to work onsite.
• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively both independently and within a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with SchoolWatch and RFP processes.
• Background in K-12 education.
