What you will do

• Configure, customize, and maintain Blue Yonder WMS functionality to support warehouse operations.
• Lead technical aspects of WMS upgrades, rollouts, and new site implementations.
• Provide Level 2/3 functional and technical support for production environments, managing P1/P2 incidents.
• Bridge the gap between IT, distribution center operations, and external vendors.
• Perform root-cause analysis on system incidents and implement preventative measures.
• Mentor junior analysts and offshore team members on WMS best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management.
• 9+ years of experience in IT applications support.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS.
• Deep knowledge of SQL, Unix/Linux environments, and Web Services (API, REST).
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Blue Yonder Native SaaS and BOOMI middleware.
• Experience with Radio Frequency devices and label printing software.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
