What you will do
- Own the roadmap for the consumer MDM rollout, including integration sequencing and data onboarding across business units.
- Manage the CDP roadmap and operating model, focusing on audience activation, platform integrations, and data flow reliability.
- Define MDM as both a system of record for identity and an operational layer serving mastered data to edge systems like CDP, CRM, and e-commerce.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of source system integrations, including requirements, mapping, testing, and support.
- Establish core MDM concepts, including identity resolution, matching rules, survivorship, and golden record structures.
- Drive alignment across business units on shared consumer definitions, attributes, and operational data requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in any field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on data platforms, CDP, martech, CRM, or analytics products.
- Hands-on experience delivering and operating CDP capabilities, including audience creation and outbound activations (must-have).
- Experience managing consumer data across multiple business units, systems, and touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of identity resolution concepts, match/merge strategies, and survivorship rules.
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and QA teams through requirements, prioritization, and launch support.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL and/or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of privacy and security expectations for consumer data, including access controls and auditing.
- Experience with specific MDM platforms or customer identity data programs.
