Location: Orlando, Florida. Must be a US Citizen. Hybrid (3 days in office).

What you will do

• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions for software products to ensure contractual compliance.
• Perform internal audits and evaluate process/product performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide QA support for peer reviews, software audits, regression testing, and functional sell-off.
• Develop and analyze software quality metrics to monitor program health.
• Support the Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain AS9100 certification standards.
• Interface with customers and leadership to ensure products meet company policies and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Experience in software dependencies, process flow, and development methodologies.
• Experience supporting engineering activities within an Agile Development Framework, specifically DevSecOps.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and developing Corrective Action Plans.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance after hire.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and Standards.
• Experience with large-scale transactional software or logistics information systems.
