What you will do

• Support partners throughout the integration process, from initial setup to launch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Identify and suggest improvements to make integration processes smoother and faster.
• Represent the company in partner communication channels like Discord, Telegram, and Slack.
• Maintain and expand the internal knowledge base and technical documentation.
• Share partner feedback with product and tech teams to influence roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies including NFTs, smart contracts, and DeFi.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn APIs, test integrations, and understand code snippets.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, or SQL.
• Experience in a similar integration or technical support role.
