What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for the group.
• Drive inventory accounting processes and ensure data accuracy across departments.
• Oversee non-financial reporting in compliance with CSRD/ESRS requirements.
• Ensure full IFRS compliance and manage group audit processes.
• Prepare consolidated annual reports and provide strategic guidance on accounting matters.
• Coach and develop a team of approximately 5 accounting professionals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in financial reporting, ideally with an audit background.
• Strong IFRS knowledge; familiarity with ESRS/CSRD is a plus.
• CPA or Dutch RA certification preferred.
• English proficiency required; Dutch or German skills are an advantage.
• Ability to navigate cross-departmental structures and engage diverse stakeholders.
