What you will do

• Conduct exploratory analyses and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
• Define, structure, and execute operational initiatives by developing work plans and synthesizing data.
• Build strong partnerships with marketing and operations stakeholders to drive alignment on key priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on high-impact projects.
• Synthesize insights into executive-level presentations to secure buy-in and drive decision-making.
• Identify and scale best practices across products, processes, and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in growth, GTM, or product strategy within a consumer-focused industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and analyze large datasets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
