What you will do

• Establish and own the AI strategy and implementation roadmap for enterprise IoT and OT security products.
• Architect, develop, and launch AI-driven applications and services into production environments.
• Build and fine-tune lightweight models for data normalization, classification, and fingerprinting.
• Analyze datasets to uncover patterns and translate insights into automated rules or machine learning models.
• Partner with product management and executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Act as the primary AI subject matter expert, guiding architectural decisions and infrastructure development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of backend engineering experience with Java and Spring.
• Strong blend of hands-on development, solution architecture, and strategic AI leadership.
• Deep familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
• Expertise in integrating production-quality AI capabilities into existing platforms using public LLM APIs.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable, cloud-native applications for enterprise-grade AI workloads.
• Track record of independently driving technical initiatives from concept through production release.
