What you will do

• Audit and optimize existing email nurture programs and marketing automations within HubSpot.
• Implement workflow changes, enrollment triggers, and segmentation logic to improve performance.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of promotional email campaigns, including copy coordination and list segmentation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive webinar promotion sequences and post-event follow-up communications.
• Monitor key email performance metrics and translate data insights into actionable optimizations.
• Manage prospect engagement programs using Qualified to support active pipeline outreach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or lifecycle/demand generation in a B2B environment.
• Strong HubSpot proficiency is required, specifically in automation, segmentation, and reporting.
• Must be based in the U.S. for this remote contract role.
• Experience with Qualified or similar AI-powered prospect engagement tools is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to pull reports and identify performance trends.
