What you will do

• Execute large-scale platform migrations and cluster fleet upgrades using blue/green strategies.
• Plan and validate Kubernetes and OpenShift cluster upgrades to maintain vendor-supported releases.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Ansible, and Python for repeatable operational workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues involving networking, storage subsystems, and control plane components.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment and engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or enterprise-grade Linux platform engineering.
• Solid background in Linux system administration and foundational networking concepts.
• Proven track record of production operations in highly available environments.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based platforms like GitLab or GitHub.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
