Service Engineer (Water Treatment)

What you will do

• Support the management of existing customer accounts to ensure water treatment programs meet performance targets.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor system conditions, collect samples, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing water and wastewater treatment programs under senior guidance.
• Support on-site trials, system adjustments, and performance tracking.
• Prepare service reports and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales to maintain customer relationships and support retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering or a related Science field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience are welcome.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites within the Bangkok Metropolitan Area.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and hands-on approach.
• Service-minded, responsible, and proactive attitude.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in a field-based, customer-facing role.

• Internship or academic exposure in water and/or wastewater treatment.
