What you will do

  • Own and scale the end-to-end onboarding experience for core team members.
  • Manage quarterly performance reviews, feedback loops, and career growth tracks.
  • Lead internal communications, including digests, updates, and team alignment demos.
  • Monitor team sentiment and implement meaningful employee engagement initiatives.
  • Automate HR processes using AI tools to increase operational efficiency.
  • Optionally lead and manage an international team of People Partners.

Requirements

  • Experience as a People Partner, HRBP, or HR Generalist.
  • Strong English (B2/Upper-Intermediate or higher), both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
  • Proven ability to build processes and maintain clear documentation.
  • Strong communication skills for handling complex and challenging conversations.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading distributed teams or working in the EdTech industry.
  • Proficiency with tools like Notion, Miro, and other workflow platforms.
