What you will do

• Onboard and provide technical support to partners, including fitness studios, beauty salons, and spas.
• Manage schedules and bookings for existing partners and integrate new ones into the platform.
• Provide technical support to users and develop creative solutions for their requests.
• Identify relevant events and conferences and manage the application process.
• Prepare visual and text presentations and other materials in English.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to establish and document processes.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level (oral and written) is required for partner communication.
• Ability to handle multi-faceted, high-volume tasks and find solutions quickly.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to new regional cultures.
• Proactive mindset and a desire to grow alongside the project.
