What you will do

• Maintain the long-range REWS portfolio plan in partnership with Finance and Real Estate leadership.
• Create flexible portfolio models and lead complex scenario planning initiatives.
• Develop portfolio optimization recommendations aligned with business growth and employee experience.
• Conduct financial, operational, and portfolio analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop executive-ready business cases, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Establish scalable planning frameworks, reporting standards, and governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, Strategy, or Management Consulting.
• Expert analytical skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and portfolio analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage high-visibility projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan, Tableau, Databricks, or similar platforms.
