What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery loop to ensure Studio sales convert effectively into bookings.
• Identify repeatable manual work and collaborate with the product team to transform these services into scalable software.
• Build and deploy lightweight AI tools to optimize and accelerate delivery processes.
• Establish a shared, data-driven view of business performance involving revenue and customer data.
• Shape the packaging, pricing, and delivery models to maximize commercial success.

Requirements

• AI-native operator mindset: ability to use AI to build tools and move from idea to solution rapidly (vibe coder).
• Strong commercial instinct for packaging, pricing, and scaling a business motion.
• Proven ability to transform messy, unclear workflows into repeatable systems.
• High level of autonomy and a preference for building over managing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage venture where paths evolve quickly.
• Must be based in or relocate to Aarhus, Copenhagen, or Barcelona.
