TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Foodservice Tech): Driving the enterprise pipeline by executing targeted multi-channel outreach and qualifying opportunities for sales teams with an accent on lead generation and appointment setting. Focus on identifying key decision-makers, conducting discovery conversations, and building a high-quality sales pipeline.

Location: Based out of the Waltham, MA office. Unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization.

What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Research and prioritize target accounts based on predefined criteria.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover prospect challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine the enterprise sales playbook.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales prospecting, outbound inside sales, or as an SDR/BDR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior executives.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of daily sales calls and outreach.
  • Proven track record in a quota-driven environment.
  • Resilience, strong work ethic, and a coachable mindset.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
