• Lead and develop the finance, accounting, data, and BizOps functions.
• Operationalize a goal accountability framework that ties business initiatives to financial outcomes.
• Drive meaningful EBITDA margin improvement and optimize LTV:CAC efficiency across all functions.
• Deliver self-serve dashboards and real-time P&L visibility to democratize business decision-making.
• Build and maintain systems to ensure seamless external reporting and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in high-growth, profitable businesses.
• Must have physical inventory experience (CPG, retail, e-commerce, or similar).
• Proven experience leading finance, accounting, data, and BizOps functions.
• Experience within a high-growth company adapting to public-company practices.
• AI-native operator capable of integrating AI into the team's operating model to scale impact.
