TL;DR

What you will do
- Administer and operate the MARS application running on Microsoft IIS to ensure 24/7 availability and stability.
- Optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, focusing on performance tuning, indexing, and High Availability (AlwaysOn).
- Design and execute the migration of the MARS ecosystem to Azure using IaaS/PaaS and defining disaster recovery strategies.
- Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab) and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for MARS towards business, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft IIS (SSL, load balancing, troubleshooting).
- Solid expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced SQL, stored procedures, and failover clusters.
- Production experience with Azure networking, security, monitoring, and cost management.
- Proficiency in DevOps automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Understanding of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience with Cegid or similar ERP/financial/retail solutions.
- Experience managing business-critical transactional applications.
