What you will do

• Administer and operate the MARS application running on Microsoft IIS to ensure 24/7 availability and stability.
• Optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, focusing on performance tuning, indexing, and High Availability (AlwaysOn).
• Design and execute the migration of the MARS ecosystem to Azure using IaaS/PaaS and defining disaster recovery strategies.
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab) and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for MARS towards business, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft IIS (SSL, load balancing, troubleshooting).
• Solid expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced SQL, stored procedures, and failover clusters.
• Production experience with Azure networking, security, monitoring, and cost management.
• Proficiency in DevOps automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Understanding of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with Cegid or similar ERP/financial/retail solutions.
• Experience managing business-critical transactional applications.
