hirify.global is a Sequoia-backed fintech startup building a universal payment layer to unify fiat and crypto currencies for seamless global transactions.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for sales (BDRs, AEs, partnerships), operations, and technical functions.
  • Proactively identify and engage top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outbound sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define talent strategy, hiring needs, and interview processes.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future growth.
  • Refine recruiting operations, hiring workflows, and external employer branding.
  • Ensure a high-quality, responsive, and thoughtful candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Able to work some evening hours to interview candidates in the Singapore timezone.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or both).
  • Proven success hiring sales and go-to-market (GTM) talent.
  • Experience supporting technical recruiting for engineering and product teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting within fintech, payments, or high-growth startups.
  • Background in building recruiting processes and interview infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Strong expertise in modern sourcing and talent engagement strategies.
