What you will do

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond promptly to customer emergency requests.
• Conduct Pre-Site Surveys and execute assigned service activities according to schedule.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage the parts inventory process.
• Document and report service activities using field service management tools.
• Provide technical support and documentation to customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Little Rock, AR, US
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Clean and valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Ability to acquire a gaming license as required by local jurisdictions.
• Willingness to perform daily travel within the territory (up to 75% total).
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and push up to 250 lbs using equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience as a slot technician or in the field service of technical products.
• Background in electronics, mechanics, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Experience being on call and traveling for field work.
