What you will do

• Maintain and update pricing information within ERP and sourcing systems.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues with internal teams.
• Support supplier onboarding, vendor master data maintenance, and contract administration.
• Prepare spend analysis, sourcing performance reports, and maintain KPI dashboards.
• Support Request for Quote (RFQ) activities and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing sites.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or Operations preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain functions.
• Experience working with ERP systems, procurement tools, or payment platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English
