Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

What you will do

• Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.
• Lead strategic initiatives focused on share-shift, customer retention, and new customer acquisition.
• Drive revenue growth by executing strategic account plans and engaging in customer-facing meetings.
• Design and implement actionable plans to support channel partners in growing their business.
• Track KPIs and produce insightful data-driven reports using advanced Excel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with licensing and marketing teams to ensure successful initiative execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5-8+ years of business development or account management experience within IT distribution or a Cybersecurity Partner.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver business plans and performance reviews.
• Proven ability to build and maintain lasting, customer-focused relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Mississauga office.
