Salary: $107,900 – $145,900 USD

What you will do
- Design and launch new experiments to extend and scale the customer referral program.
- Own channel goals and report on key metrics, including referral rates, MQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Analyze program performance to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Identify and implement new segmentation strategies using customer and data insights.
- Optimize referral workflows, incentives, and messaging to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software within growth, demand generation, or customer marketing.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns.
- Expertise with Salesforce, Ambassador, Sendoso, Pendo, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content.
- Must be based in Canada or the USA.
