What you will do

• Coordinate release schedules across multiple product lines and maintain a single, visible release calendar.
• Run release ceremonies, track readiness across engineering, QA, and documentation, and manage risks.
• Define and maintain repeatable release processes, intake workflows, and readiness criteria.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success to execute comprehensive GTM plans.
• Act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure alignment.
• Manage governance and secure approvals from security, legal, and data privacy teams for releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in technology, SaaS, or hospitality technology.
• Proven success coordinating product releases or large-scale deployments across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience planning GTM activities, including launch coordination and cross-functional enablement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many concurrent workstreams.
• Comfort collaborating with both technical teams (engineering, product) and commercial teams (sales, marketing).
• Experience managing vendor or partner relationships through selection and integration.

Nice to have

• Background in the hospitality industry or familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS, CRM).
• Experience with data integration, APIs, or platform products.
• Formal program or product management certification (e.g., PMP).
