What you will do
- Monitor, route, and respond to inbound inquiries and trial signups across multiple channels.
- Tune and improve agentic AI workflows to resolve gaps, edge cases, and failure points.
- Directly convert high-intent prospects into paid customers via email and phone.
- Track conversion and response metrics to identify and fix funnel leaks.
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless sales loop.
- Develop deep product expertise through daily hands-on use of and customer interaction.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
- Ability to learn software quickly and a passion for tinkering with AI and automation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under high inbound volume.
- Outcome-driven mindset with a track record of setting and hitting goals.
