What you will do

• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to define product metrics, events, and success criteria.
• Design and run A/B tests, from hypothesis scoping and powering to analysis and final recommendations.
• Perform funnel, retention, and cohort analysis on mobile and web data using SQL and Python on Snowflake.
• Build and operate AI-agent workflows to automate routine data pulls and first-pass analysis.
• Maintain core product dashboards in Omni to ensure team self-sufficiency.
• Translate complex data analysis into clear, actionable stories and product recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning A/B tests end-to-end with a track record of influencing product decisions.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for cloud warehouses and ability to use Python for analytical tasks.
• Experience leveraging AI agents to optimize professional workflows and automate routine analysis.
• Ability to select and apply the correct statistical methods based on the specific data context.
• Comfortable building analysis and providing recommendations even with imperfect data.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas for a hybrid work arrangement.
