Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark (average 4 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Lead strategic work sessions with client stakeholders to guide decision-making on business growth and CX strategy.
• Develop robust business cases, strategic recommendations, and actionable roadmaps.
• Orchestrate qualitative and quantitative research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Conduct current-state assessments of client capabilities to identify operational gaps and opportunities.
• Own the delivery of strategic frameworks from initial research through to implementation planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts across technology, data science, and creative teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of progressive strategy or management consulting experience from a management consulting firm or Big 4 environment.
• Ability to synthesize diverse data into compelling, executive-ready narratives.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for presenting strategic insights and financial cases.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required by client and project demands.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark.
