What you will do

• Analyze healthcare and operational data to support reporting, validation, and decision-making.
• Support data mapping and reconciliation across internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements and analytical outputs.
• Create SQL queries, reports, and dashboards for program visibility.
• Validate data transformations, interface outputs, and data exchange results.
• Document data definitions, rules, and quality considerations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational data sources.
• Exposure to FHIR, HL7, CCDA, or healthcare data integration workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain Government clearance.
• Must be based in the continental US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Department of Veterans Affairs or federal data programs.
• Familiarity with clinical data exchange and healthcare data models.
• Experience with BI tools, Python, or Agile methodologies.
