What you will do

• Assemble aircraft structure using standardized working procedures to deliver 100% quality for system installation and final mechanical assembly.
• Execute work according to quality requirements and work instructions in a team-based environment.
• Perform functional testing of assemblies and sign off when work is complete according to specification.
• Handle “Class A” surfaces, including touch-up painting.
• Support daily continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.
• Train and transfer knowledge to new employees and contribute to a positive work environment aligned with company values.

Requirements

• Location: On-site in West Lafayette, Indiana (United States)
• 2+ years of relevant assembly or hand tool operation experience required; aircraft structure assembly experience is a plus.
• High school degree or equivalent required; technical degree/certification in aviation assembly, mechanics, or maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications (written and digital) is a strong preference.
• Experience delivering quality compliant with ISO/AS9100 standards is a plus.
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
