What you will do

• Own full P&L, growth, and client success for one of the division's largest product growth areas.
• Lead business decisions and provide direction for product development and commercialization efforts.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure delivery of accurate, complete, and compliant codes for hospital service lines.
• Work with implementation groups to ensure successful product deployment and delivery of contracted value.
• Drive industry thought leadership on autonomous coding through blogs, webinars, and event presentations.
• Manage a large team and lead the expansion of products into international markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 10+ years of hospital revenue cycle experience or equivalent experience building and commercializing revenue cycle coding solutions.
• 3 years of product experience and 5+ years of management experience.
• 5 years of experience working with 360 Encompass and coding solutions.
• Proven track record with P&L responsibilities and the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
