What you will do

• Play a key role in the verification, testing, and commissioning of a new, highly automated production environment.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure operational stability.
• Drive structured root cause investigations to resolve technical issues.
• Manage technical interfaces between suppliers, stakeholders, and internal engineering teams.
• Continuously drive improvements and support the development of future automation standards.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience within industrial automation engineering.
• Solid experience in automated manufacturing, assembly, or logistics environments.
• Expertise in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and production ramp-up activities.
• Strong understanding of automation systems, machine interfaces, and industrial control solutions.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Must be based in or able to work in the specified Swedish regions.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical project management.
• Knowledge of automated warehouses, material handling systems, or intralogistics.
• Development of automation standards and best practices.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring colleagues in automation disciplines.
