What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of AI and agent systems, from architecture and design to implementation and production.
• Develop AI-native features including autonomous agents and intelligent workflows.
• Manage the full model quality lifecycle, including experimentation, production monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cloud applications and infrastructure.
• Translate business requirements into concrete system architecture and implement it across the full stack.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience with LLMs, including writing, optimizing, and measuring the effectiveness of prompts and applications.
• Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and performance complexity.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles including SOLID, TDD, and version control (Git).
• Experience with microservices architecture, CQRS, and event sourcing.
• Proficiency with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, and Docker.
