Location: Must be based in New York, NY, Boulder, CO, or Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid: 3+ days in office)
Salary: $75,000–$90,000/YR

What you will do
- Develop attendee marketing strategies, value propositions, and pricing models for multiple event portfolios.
- Design and implement retention and acquisition strategies to maximize the lifetime value of high-value audiences.
- Leverage attendee intelligence and analytics to inform segmentation, targeting, and campaign strategies.
- Optimize the attendee journey from initial acquisition to onsite experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, operations, and strategic insights, to enhance attendee experiences.
- Monitor key KPIs, including registration rates and NPS, to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in attendee or product marketing with expertise in GTM strategies and integrated campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, segmentation, and KPI reporting.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Must be able to work in-person three days a week or more in one of the specified US offices.
